The Requirements

 To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for this opportunity, you will have:

The Role

This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Senior Manager, IT Service Operations. Our IT team is split into: 1) Server and 2) Network teams and you’ll join our Server team. At a high level, you'll spend about 50% of your time on automating and driving best practices supporting users across our Corporate and Operations areas; another 30% with day-to-day Office 365 management and fixing problems; and the remaining 20% with project management duties managing 3rd party vendors.

Specifically, your responsibilities would be to:
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop an implementation plan
  • Automate repetitive, time sensitive, or error prone manual tasks
  • Provide Tier 4 / SME and on-call support for office productivity services and related infrastructure.
  • Provide escalation point for resolving complex problems requiring advanced skills and research capability
  • Schedule and implement regular patches and upgrades per established process which includes working in coordination with development, platform engineering, security, and quality assurance teams
  • Maintain vendor relationships and ensure compliance with licensing and support agreements
  • Provide support knowledge sharing, authoring, and maintenance of system run books and documentation
