Professional & career development
Our success depends upon our staying on the leading edge of technology. Not only will you further enhance your technical skills and data center knowledge, but you will also add to your skillset, filling any gaps and learning systems and software. Strong performance and enhanced skills can lead to additional opportunities with Digital Realty. We are dedicated to developing our employees and promote from within whenever possible.

Join the best
Digital Realty is committed to hiring A players, and you will work with and learn from experts in all aspects of the data center industry. That means, of course, that you will need to be an A player, and become a business analytics subject-matter-expert in the areas you'll support.

Growth without limits
We merged with DuPont Fabros Technology (DFT), effective in September 2017, accelerating our commitment to provide the most comprehensive set of data center solutions and expertise in the market. We now are able to support deployments ranging from single-cabinet colocation and interconnection to multi-megawatt to hyperscale. The combined company has an equity market cap of approximately $27 billion, and a total enterprise value of over $35 billion. According to industry analysts, the combined company will be the largest wholesale data-center REIT in the US.

Unique culture
We are a collaborative, people-focused company dedicated to quality and continuous improvement. When you become a member of our team, you receive our commitment to your continued development and support.

Excellent compensation
In addition to a competitive salary and discretionary bonus program, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision plans; flexible spending plans for multiple purposes; a health savings account; a 401(k) plan with company match, and much more.

Pictured: from Dublin (top) to Singapore (bottom), Digital Realty is about removing limits to global business. Through our seamless, interconnected global network we offer more open data center service choices than anyone, including choices around vendors, service partners, network carriers, configurations and locations.

More About Your Role

This is a dynamic role involving collaboration with a variety of different departments, leaders and key contacts, so your ability to build professional relationships and rapport with many colleagues will be just as important as your technical skills. Effective communication will be key. For example, for the Quote-to-Cash initiative, we will have a SWAT team consisting of 5-6 team members supporting the overall QTC roll-out, which will have multiple workstreams related to finance/billing, lease administration, legal, procurement, IT, etc.

Our team's piece of QTC will be service delivery only, but we'll work extensively with other teams. You will be responsible for translating business needs and writing up business requirements, mapping existing vs. target operating models and executing on the plan. You'll be expected to be polished and clear in presentations and discussions, and able to effectively represent the Service Delivery team in cross-functional interactions.

Additionally, to be an outstanding Business Systems Analyst, you will:
  • Own and take charge of your projects and responsibilities
  • Influence others, i.e. conceptualize and run a workshop, get others on the same page and follow through on getting the work done
  • Take a proactive approach, think/plan ahead, efficiently and effectively drive implementations and other projects to finish
  • Serve as a strong change agent
  • Demonstrate a drive to learn; adopt new skills and technologies to improve productivity
If you are eager to work on multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, then we look forward to hearing from you.
