Below, 111 Eighth Avenue, in Manhattan's Chelsea and Meatpacking Districts, is a 1932 building transformed into one of the premiere telecom hotels in Manhattan -- and across the country. Of course, it's what's inside that matters, and both locations offer proximity to major telecom trunks, high density power capacity (111 Eight Ave. is configured for almost 11 MW of power), on-site engineering and support teams, best-in-class security, and client amenities like conference rooms and lounges.

Why Digital Realty

High level impact -- traditional real estate companies don't talk with customers until a lease come up for renewal. But we are much more than a real estate company . . . we are a services company. You'll play a key role in ensuring we are taking a high-touch approach with our largest customers.

Professional development -- you'll expand your knowledge and experience in a unique and expanding industry as you interact with just about all areas of Digital Realty's operations, as well as with C-suite executives at global corporations. As we continue to grow we'll be looking for proven performers to step up.

The “best of both worlds” -- you'll find that working for our company may be a little bit different. We are small enough, with only 800 employees across the corporation, that your hard work will be visible throughout the organization. At the same time, we offer an extensive portfolio of services and solutions.

Unique culture -- we are a collaborative, people-focused company dedicated to quality and continuous improvement. When you become a member of our team, you receive our commitment to your continued development and support.

Stable profile -- our financial strength and stability provide our customers with the assurance that Digital Realty will be their data center partner for current data center needs and those in the future. Our investment-grade debt ratings provide us with access to capital to support the growth of our company, provide financing options for our customers, and continually invest in our properties.

Green standard for sustainability -- we are committed to improving the performance and energy efficiency of our data centers through the creation, adoption and promotion of industry-leading best data center practices (pictured). Not only do we build to LEED and BREEAM certification requirements, but we also are pioneers in thinking about green data centers, including being a contributing member of The Green Grid.

Excellent compensation -- in addition to a strong salary and performance based bonus, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision insurances; flexible spending plans for multiple purposes; a health savings account; a 401(k) plan with company match and much more.

You'll need to bring high energy and exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to handle daily issues that arise while also driving larger initiatives.
