The Requirements

To be a strong fit for the Financial Planning and Analysis - Senior Analyst role, you will have:
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a similar field
  • At least five years of professional and/or intern experience in a financial analyst role
  • A strong understanding of and the ability to analyze financial reports
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; great presentation abilities
  • Experience in the real estate, property management or a related industry will be helpful
  • Experience supporting sales organizations is a plus

The Role

Reporting directly to the VP of Sales Operations, you will be responsible for providing analytical and financial analysis in support of various sales activities including, but not limited to, pricing analysis, reviewing financials for credit checks, helping build and manage expense budgets etc.  Quick question for you - click here

You will support Initiatives such as:
  • Defining processes to facilitate the flow of data between systems and internal teams
  • Sales bookings forecasting
  • Sales pipeline sufficiency
  • Sales management report clarity
  • Assisting with report adoption and usage by the Sales team
Specific responsibilities will include:
  • Analyzing opportunities for returns using cost and market data
  • Supporting sales teams in presenting opportunities to the Investment Committee
  • Following up on the internal approval processes to ensure timely approvals, while also adhering to the internal approval guidelines
  • Helping sales leaders build budgets, analyze variance to budgets, etc.
  • Ensuring that all new contracts are booked accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Building and maintaining recurring reports for key internal stakeholders
  • Representing Sales in cross-functional initiatives
