The Role
Reporting to the Director of Product Management Connectivity Network Services, you’ll join one peer who works specifically in Product Management, overseeing our product portfolio. The Senior Manager, Cloud Connectivity Services is a newly designed, highly visible role with the responsibility to enhance the future of Digital Realty Cloud service offerings for our customers.You will interact directly with customers to understand their needs and position our products and solutions to help them achieve their goals with confidence. Key responsibilities will include:
- Presentations to executives regarding the strategic vision for Digital Realty Cloud services
- Working with sales team to identify and generate opportunities to bring customers onto Cloud Connectivity products
- Establish credibility and trust with customers to help convert them beyond existing Digital Realty services
- Support the migration of customers to cloud products and services
