Excellent compensation -- in addition to a competitive salary and bonus incentive program, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes all you would expect plus some pleasant surprises, like multiple flexible spending plans, a generous company match on the 401(k) plan, and more.

This role is located at our 2323 Bryan Street location. Bryan Street is the premier internet gateway and carrier facility in the Dallas area. Located in the Central Business District (CBD), the building consists of 26 floors and approximately 477,000 SF of datacenter, PBB and office space. The facility provides connectivity access to over sixty (60) of the leading domestic and international carriers and physical connection points to the world's telecommunications networks and internet backbone.

Keys to Success

We won't sugarcoat it: this is a demanding and often stressful job. In addition to overseeing daily activities and ongoing process improvements, you will need to respond to questions, requests and concerns from both customers and Digital Realty leadership. You'll need to be able to shift directions quickly, take care of a new priority, and then pick up again where you left off before the shift. To truly excel in this role, you will focus yourself and your staff on the positive side of difficult scenarios: the opportunity for everyone to hone their skills and expand their experience, as well as the chance to gain valuable insights. A professional approach, positive, upbeat attitude, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders will take you far.
