Why Digital Realty

Impact and visibility
You will play an important role on a small and talented team, taking ownership of critical tasks, working on special projects and defining best practices. You will enjoy the satisfaction that comes with knowing your efforts are positively impacting company growth and your career. And, because you will interact with many high level titles (SVP, VP, etc.), you'll enjoy a good deal of visibility. Leadership will get to know you and your successes will be noticed.

Professional development
We know you'll bring solid knowledge and experience with you, but chances are good that you'll be able to learn plenty more in this position. For example, this may be your first exposure to real estate or data centers, and you'll also gain global exposure. Of course, first you will learn the North American piece, and gain skills as you go, such as experience working on a disaster recovery plan. You will be exposed to a lot of different areas of treasury as well as projects, such as working with our work station. We want to further utilize that station and you might play a critical role in helping map the current system architecture.

Exciting time to join
With the acquisition of Telx, Digital Realty adds robust colocation, strategic network dense connectivity, a vast and open partner ecosystem and unmatched freedom of choice to one of the world's largest data center footprints. As we integrate processes and teams from the two companies, there will be opportunities for strong performers to make their mark.

The "best of both worlds"
You'll find that working for our company may be a little bit different. We are small enough, with only 1300 employees across our global portfolio, that your hard work will be visible throughout the organization, yet our extensive offering of services and solutions and proven track record of growth; stability and industry-leading innovation give you the resources and tools you need to take your career to the next level.

Unique culture
We are a collaborative, people-focused company dedicated to quality and continuous improvement. When you become a member of our team, you receive our commitment to your continued development and support.

Strong foundation
Our financial strength and stability provide our customers with the assurance that Digital Realty and Telx will be their partner for current data center needs and those in the future, and our investment credit ratings provide us access to paths for more capital. We view each of our customers as a long-term partner.

Green standard for sustainability
We are committed to improving the performance and energy efficiency of our data centers through the creation, adoption and promotion of industry-leading best data center practices and experience. We are pioneers in thinking about green data centers and are also a Contributing Member of The Green Grid.

Excellent compensation
In addition to a competitive wage and discretionary bonus potential, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes all you would expect plus some pleasant surprises, like multiple flexible spending plans, a generous company match on the 401(k) plan, and more.

Keys to Success

To be successful in the role of Senior Treasury Analyst, you will be adept at working independently, completing your work in support of our current properties and rapid expansion in a timely, complete and accurate manner. Equally important, however, will be your ability to effectively interact and collaborate with the team and multiple internal and external partners. Naturally, you will rely on your strong technical skills and experience, but you will also need less tangible skills such as curiosity, common sense, commitment to quality and a great attitude. And, though you will enjoy strong training, you should understand when it’s time to raise your hand and ask a question or ask for help.

We are a growing company, and everyone here is tasked with managing multiple priorities. To excel in this role you’ll need to be detail oriented, striving for perfection, and driven to get things done. We are looking for an analyst who is bright, still has runway for growth beyond the senior-level skills, likes to learn, and who is passionate about treasury. If that sounds like you, we look forward to hearing from you.
