• 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management across a variety of domains 
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of education and experience 
• Expert knowledge in core IAM domains: Identity Governance and Administration, 
• Privileged Access Management, Access Management, Customer Identity and Access Management, PKI and Certificate Architecture, Identity Lifecycle Management 
• A consistent track record of setting the strategic direction of Identity and Access Management program; including developing and deploying new technology implementations

Overview 
Reporting to the Enterprise Architect for the Infrastructure Team, as an IAM Architect, you will showcase your deep knowledge in Identity and Access Management methodologies to develop new programs, navigate a sophisticated distributed operating environment and champion program improvements.  
 
We will look to you to approach security architecture from a perspective of complexity theory, understanding how influences on individual parts impact the overarching environment. If you have a firm understanding of how pieces of the security architecture fit together and you're motivated in realizing a simple, pragmatic and elegant IAM program design that meets the needs of business partners, then this could be the role for you. You should also be comfortable designing as well as executing against a technical work portfolio and creating associated enablement materials to support launch activities.

• Emerging IAM skills such as IAM in Multi-Cloud and Hybrid Environments, Identity Analytics and Machine Learning, Biometrics and Password-less Authentication, Adaptive Authentication, Authorization, and Access Controls, Non-Human Entities and IoT

Although you won’t have direct reporting responsibilities, it is important to note that you will serve in a team lead / subject matter expert capacity as you partner with Engineering and other core teams to ensure the successful integration of various technologies. It’s important to note that you will lead by example, taking a hands-on approach as you configure new components and walk the teams through detailed configuration steps. Additionally, your specific activities will be to: 

• Drive the design and build of the next-generation platform consistent with firm and industry best practices, standards and architectural patterns 
• Responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Identity and Access Management security architecture and roadmap 
• Work closely with Product, Architectural, Controls, and line-of-business Application teams to translate business, technical and controls requirements into implementable designs 
• Educate the Engineering teams to ensure understanding of the platform's end-to-end design and ensure gaps and dependencies between module/components are identified and solutioned 
• Provide implementation review services to the Engineering teams to ensure the platform is consistent with requirements and cybersecurity controls 
• Present and lead discussions of the platform's architecture and design to external stakeholders such as Auditors 
• Enhance existing solutions (people/process/technology) that fulfill IAM use cases 
• Act as a security domain professional and architect for Enterprise Identity and Access Management 
• Act as authority and mentor to a growing team of Infrastructure, Security, and Devops Engineers 
• Perform education and enablement activities targeting the broader organization related to IAM standard methodologies and responsibilities 
• Develop key performance indicators, health, landmarks and metrics for Identity and Access Management, globally; implement strategic countermeasures to drive positive impact on enterprise security posture 
• Collaborate with Information Security team, datacenter operations teams and operating companies in realizing the information security strategy 
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the information security posture 
• Leverage your experience and expertise with: 
• Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and passwordless authentication technologies and products 
• Cryptography, encryption and related data protection concepts and technologies 
• Global regulatory and privacy requirements as they relate to NIST framework, GDPR, SOC2, ISO270001 enterprises 
• CI/CD automation tools and test-automation and test-driven-development
