For the time being, you will work remotely. We plan to start returning to the office in September. You'll work regular office hours Monday through Friday. At the same time, we'll look to you to be flexible about working overtime on occasion.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Accounts Payable, you will join a team that includes other AP Associates and Senior AP Associates. Primary AP processing is handled at the various data center properties or by third-party vendors, so this team focuses on performing full audits of AP transactions.

As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will perform accounting and data entry functions in the Accounts Payable department. Quick question for you - click here You'll interact with teams at the various properties. Some of your specific responsibilities will include:

• Analyze and audit assigned vendor invoices and process for payment in a timely manner
• Review and pay aged invoices
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and errors
• Process weekly check runs

We also are transitioning from Yardi to Oracle. If you're not already familiar with either one, you'll learn them both.
