To excel here you will be a motivated go-getter with a proactive approach to getting up to speed quickly. Ours is a fast-paced environment and we're looking for a professional who takes pride in their ability to handle pressure, multi-task and remain flexible and adaptable as priorities change. As the face of Digital Toronto to our customers, you should be highly customer service oriented and also able to manage expectations.

While you don't need an engineering background, you should bring enough technical knowledge to know when to ask questions and when to push back. The largest portion of the budget you'll manage is dedicated to infrastructure operations, so the more you learn, the better. You also should bring a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Analytical skills will be essential, but it won't be enough simply to report the numbers. You should be motivated to dig into those numbers, interpret the data, and leverage those insights in enhancing and growing the business. The role requires a strong detail orientation, and the dynamic environment requires the ability to grasp the big picture and how the details fit into it.
