To be a good fit for the Real Estate Security Manager opportunity, you will have:

• Significant experience in security operations required, preferably in a corporate environment or government agency with mission-critical operations.
• Advanced knowledge of physical security operations, technical design and system trends.

• Experience with security systems and software platforms required, preferably including Lenel, AMAG and/or Genetec.
• Strong commitment to and understanding of security policies, rules and procedures; ability to influence, help write and roll-out future policies.

As Real Estate Security Manager, you will serve as a key member of the Portfolio Operations team and will be responsible for overseeing all site-level, campus-level security operations for your assigned properties. We have several properties in New Jersey and New York, although all are within driving distance. More specifically, you will:

• Oversee day-to-day security operations and management of site security vendor for assigned properties.
• Manage budget and security infrastructure projects for assigned security operations.
• Drive operational and security compliance; create accountability through effective change management, leadership and innovation.
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction KPIs as evidenced in feedback surveys, audit results, zero security breaches and policy violations.
